For many jobs potential clients will request estimates of labor cost from several electrical contractors. Our bid to the building owner’s contractor came in at the lowest in labor cost, therefore winning us the job.

Once winning the bid, our technicians completed a full renovation on a 10,000 square foot building, home to Family Dollar in Bellport, New York. Our technicians had to disconnect all the old electrical services and replace everything underground due to the amount of power required for the building. By converting to an underground transformer our technicians were able to get the store back up to code.

During this time, we also worked on three other stores in the same lot where our technicians removed other the stores electrical violations to get each store back up to code and pass inspection. Our technicians also added emergency lighting and LED lay-ins which bring brighter light, superior colors and bigger savings.
