Recently we worked on a residential apartment building in Rosyln, NY. Our technicians assisted with a full renovation involving new electric, wiring, plumbing and hvac. We also added LED lighting to all living quarters because of the environmental advantages. LED lights are up to 80% more efficient than traditional fluorescent and incandescent lights. LED lights convert 95% of their energy into light and only 5% is wasted as heat; whereas fluorescent lights convert 95% of their energy to heat and only 5% into light. Furthermore, LED lights are known for lasting nearly 25 times longer than a typical light bulb.

In addition, our technicians installed four new separate circuit boxes with easy access for the landlord and each tenant. A circuit breaker box safely distributes your homes power supply. The box contains sub-switches called breakers that allows you to safely turn on, off and reset power in specific areas of your home.

We also installed a new alarm called a Central Station Fire alarm. This alarm system is linked directly to the fire department. When this alarm is activated the fire department will automatically be notified and will send help right away. This is different from a local alarm which when activated will only set off a bell, siren or strobe light outside your home.
